Alan Martin is an executive coach with practical senior leadership and executive board experience in a broad range of companies including FTSE 100, SME's, successful start up's and charities, in a wide variety of situations sometimes requiring significant change. He is a founding partner of the Catalyst Thinking Partners and a member of the Association For Coaching.
Previous roles include Unilever European Vice President Marketing, WPP Kantar Global Account Director, Chief Marketing Officer of Heineken's JV start up soft drink company Fayrouz International, and other senior executive roles.
Alan has a rich international business experience having worked and lived in 5 different countries in global, regional and local roles. He has helped build and transform businesses across the world with the ability to be effective in different situations and cultures.
He is also highly experienced in working in matrix organisations where relationships and influential skills are critical for success across all levels of management.
The common thread throughout Alan's career is his passion for people and organisational growth. Following studying best practice coaching at the Henley Business School, Alan now combines this with his business and leadership experience to help leaders realise their goals for lasting impact.
Alan is also a Trustee of the Battersea Dogs and Cats home, another passion dear to his heart.
